| A benovelent program implemented in collaboration with the Government of Karnataka. The beneficiaries are the Primary Members and their dependents, those who enrolled under the scheme get free medical care (Surgery) during hospitalization in the networked hospital. |

Upper age limit to avail the benefits of the scheme is 75 years. |

Suffering from any kind of ailments requires surgery is no bar to receive the benefits of the scheme. |

Farmers have to be member for at least six months to avail the benefits of the scheme. |

Members can get free surgery up to 1 lakh and 2 lakh in case of multiple surgery. |

The scheme includes Normal Delivery, Neo Natal Care and angioplasty procedure. |
